NOVELTY - The production method of graphene oxide under supercritical water condition involves (A) mixing graphite and water, and introducing into supercritical reactor, (B) adding oxidizing agent, (C) increasing temperature and pressure, maintaining in supercritical state, and initiating reaction, (D) maintaining under supercritical water condition for 1 minute to 2 hours, (E) cooling and discharging, and (F) ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Production of graphene oxide under supercritical water condition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and environmentally-friendly production of graphene oxide without using strong acid under supercritical water condition in stable and controllable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of graphene oxide under supercritical water condition involves (A) taking graphite and water in mass ratio of 1:(2-200), mixing, and introducing into supercritical reactor, (B) adding oxidizing agent, where the mass ratio of graphite and oxidizing agent is 1:(0.1-10), (C) increasing temperature and pressure, maintaining in supercritical state, where the temperature is 374.3 degrees C and supercritical pressure is 22.1 MPa, and initiating reaction, (D) maintaining under supercritical water condition for 1 minute to 2 hours, (E) cooling and discharging, and (F) ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, washing and drying.
