▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A transparent electrode (100) comprises laminated structure containing conductive silver-containing layer (102) and conductive oxide layer (103) are laminated in order. The transparent electrode has a total transmittance ratio T800/T600 of 0.85 or more, where T800 and T600 are the transmittances at wavelengths of 800 nm and 600 nm respectively. The cross section of the transparent electrode is observed with a scanning electron microscope, the silver-containing layer is continuous and the conductive oxide layer (103) has a non-uniform portion. The transparent electrode further comprises a sulfur-containing silver compound layer in the uneven portion. USE - Transparent electrode used for electronic devices (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to solar cell, photoelectric conversion element, organic electroluminescent element, and photosensors. ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode has excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the transparent electrode comprises laminated film, which involves (a) laminating a conductive silver-containing layer and a conductive oxide layer (104) in order, and (b) contacting the laminated film with sulfur or a sulfur compound; and (2) electronic device, which comprises the transparent electrode, an active layer, and a counter electrode.
