▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene, comprises placing (S1) a graphite into a reactor, and then introducing reducing gas into the reactor, heating and cooling the reactor at 800-1200 degrees C to obtain graphite powder, adding (S2) the powder to dimethylformamide or pentafluorophenyl nitrile, and then adding urea or ammonium acetate, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed solution, placing (S3) the mixed solution into a microwave reactor, adjusting the microwave power to 400-800 W, heating the mixed solution at 180-300 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, and filtering (S4), cleaning and drying the solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method allows economical preparation of the graphene with high purity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a flow chart of a method for preparing graphene (Drawing includes non-English language text).
