NOVELTY - Immersion corrugated paper waterproof agent comprises 3-4 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 10-14 pts. wt. bamboo juice, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc ricinoleate, 5-8 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 3-6 pts. wt. nano graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 8-10 pts. wt. aluminum acetylacetonate, 7-10 pts. wt. propylene oxide phenyl ether, 6-8 pts. wt. borax, 5-7 pts. wt. mirabilite, 5-9 pts. wt. potassium sulfate, 5-8 pts. wt. soda ash, 5-12 pts. wt. N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide, 1-2 pts. wt. cyclohexanone oxime, 5-8 pts. wt. linoleic acid and deionized water (balance). USE - Used as immersion corrugated paper waterproof agent. ADVANTAGE - The immersion corrugated paper waterproof agent: has excellent fluidity, fast drying speed and slow fluidity; will not penetrate paper; and is completely waterproof immersion corrugated waterproof oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing immersion corrugated paper waterproof agent, comprising (1) heating deionized water to 70-85 degrees C, then adding calcium oxide, bamboo juice, zinc ricinoleate, chlorinated paraffin and nano graphene, and mixing uniformly to obtain solution A, (2) mixing soda ash, mirabilite and cyclohexanone oxime, (3) mixing uniformly solution A with product obtained in step (2), talc powder, aluminum acetylacetonate, propylene oxide phenyl ether, borax, potassium sulfate, N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide and linoleic acid, and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
