▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Vibration bed drying experiment device based on graphene far infrared heating comprises a base, a drying chamber, a lower irradiation heating plate, an upper irradiated heating mechanism and a dehumidification mechanism. The drying chamber is connected to the bottom seat upper end a multiple of vibration springs, and the drying chamber opening is upward. The lower irradiating heating plate is installed at the bottom of the drying room. The back of the bottom plate of the dried chamber is fixed with a vibrating motor. The bottom is provided with two second graphene far-infrared irradiation plates. The two second graphene far infrared irradiated plates are parallel to the lower irradiated heat-insulating heating plate and are opposite to the irradiation surface of the lower heat dissipation heating plate. The material to be dried is laid on the lower heated heating plate in the dry chamber. USE - Used as vibrating bed drying experiment device based on graphene far infrared heating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene far infrared irradiation plate for far infrared radiation heating the dispersed material after vibration, low cost, heating uniformly, capable of fully improving the drying quality. The distance between the irradiation heating mechanism and the drying chamber can be adjusted by adjusting the screw rod, namely, the distance between first and second irradiation plates is adjustable, so as to obtain the optimal temperature and humidity of the material to be dried.
