NOVELTY - High-temperature anti-corrosion coating for catalyzing the decomposition of dioxin comprises 55-60 wt.% filler, 5-15 wt.% organosilicone source, 1-10 wt.% metal hollow microspheres, 10-15 wt.% binder, and water (balance). USE - The coating is useful for catalyzing the decomposition of dioxin. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good high temperature resistance and anticorrosion performance in a high temperature environment, a good effect in decomposing dioxin; can effectively inhibit the generation and expansion of pores and micro-cracks in the coating, and can ensure the anti-corrosion stability of the coating in long-term service. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a coating; and (2) a method for preparing coating using the high temperature anticorrosive paint capable of catalyzing and decomposing dioxin comprising (1) mixing and stirring the filler and the binder uniformly to obtain mixture A, (2) fully mixing and hydrolyzing the organosilicone source and water, adding metal hollow microsphere, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain mixture B, and (3) uniformly mixing the mixture A with the mixture B to obtain the coating, where the coating processes the surface of the target piece by spraying to form the coating.
