NOVELTY - Preparing composite metal nano-array catalyst comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in a medium to obtain a suspension, adding carbon cloth, reacting at 160-200degrees Celsius to prepare a carbon cloth precursor, and (ii) loading soluble cobalt salt on the carbon cloth precursor, and subjecting to annealing treatment at 300-600degrees Celsius under the atmosphere of reducing gas, where the medium is the mixed solution prepared by water and ethanol according to the volume ratio of 1:1. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite metal nano-array catalyst ADVANTAGE - The raw material cost is low, the preparation process is simple, safety period is short, and the needed device is simple and suitable for mass production. The catalyst is directly grown on the carbon cloth, without using polymer adhesive, to improve the conductivity. The prepared product without water washing can obtain the reduced graphene oxide metal-array catalyst, the operation process is simpler. The preparation process does not need complex steps.
