NOVELTY - Wear-resistant anti-reflection coating material comprises 5-25 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate,10-15 pts. wt. dimethyldiethoxysilane, 20-35 pts. wt. nano particle functional filler, 50-90 pts. wt. mixed solvent, 2-10 pts. wt. initiator, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-reflection agent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. curing accelerator. The nanoparticle functional filler is nano-silicon dioxide, nano titanium dioxide and nano graphene in a weight ratio of (8-12):(1-2):1, and the mixed solvent is ethanol, isopropanol and ethylene glycol monoethyl ether in a weight ratio of (6-10):(2-5):(1-2). USE - The coating material is useful for optical plastic surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating material has excellent dispersibility and stability, excellent adhesion, high hardness, good wear resistance, and light transmittance reaches to more than 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing wear-resistant anti-reflection coating material comprising (i) providing ethyl orthosilicate, dimethyldiethoxysilane, nanoparticle functional filler, mixed solvent, antireflection agent, initiator, curing agent and curing accelerator, (ii) adding dimethyldiethoxysilane into ethyl orthosilicate, stirring and mixing with magnetic force to obtain mixed solution, (iii) adding nanoparticle functional filler into the mixed solvent, ultrasonically dispersing and magnetically stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain a dispersion, (iv) heating the dispersion liquid to 60-70℃, adding the mixed solution, anti-reflection agent and initiator for 0.5-1 hours, heating to 75-100℃ for 0.5-1.5 hours, and cooling to obtain the reaction liquid, and (v) adding a curing agent and a curing accelerator into the reaction solution, and stirring uniformly; and Use method of wear-resistant anti-reflection coating material for optical plastic surface, comprising washing and drying the optical plastic to be treated, soaking in the wear-resistant and anti-reflection coating material for 0.1-0.5 minutes, lifting up, drying in the air, and baking in an oven at 90-120℃ for 60-180 minutes.
