NOVELTY - Multifunctional composite material comprises a three-dimensional fiber conductive network product composed of graphene, a polymer non-woven fabric and a hetero atom precursor, and the three-dimensional fiber conductive network product is a polymer non-woven fabric as a skeleton. The surface-rich polar core-shell structure, the core-shell structure fibers form a three-dimensional network, where the three-dimensionally connected fiber core is derived from the high-temperature carbonization of the fiber fabric, and the heteroatom-functionalized porous carbon graphene composite fiber shell is derived from graphene and high temperature treatment of precursor organic matter. The three-dimensional fiber conductive network has a thickness of 200-800 mu m, an areal density of 5-9 mg cm-2, a conductivity of 200-300 S cm-1, and a specific surface area of 480-500 m2 g-1. USE - The material is useful as a positive and negative current collector in the field of lithium sulfur batteries, and electrode carrier in the field of electrocatalysis, microbial fuel cell, polymer electrode membrane electrolysis or metal air battery (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the multifunctional composite material, comprising (i) cutting the non-woven fabric and cleaning the fabric drying, (ii) mixing the graphene slurry and the precursor organic solution in a volume ratio of 1:1-1:5, the concentration of the graphene slurry is 1-5 mg.mL-1, the mass fraction of the precursor organic solution 10-50%, (iii) immersing the fiber fabric washed in the mixture for 30 minutes, and fully absorbing and self-assembling, and (iv) high temperature heat treatment after drying, the drying condition is 60-80 degrees C for 12-20 hours, the heat treatment conditions are in an inert atmosphere at 800-900 degrees C for 1-2 hours.
