NOVELTY - Antibacterial polypropylene filament, comprises 94.5-99 pts. wt. polypropylene masterbatch, 1-6.5 pts. wt. graphene composite antibacterial material and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidants. The antioxidant is antioxidant 1010 or antioxidant 168. USE - The antibacterial polypropylene filament is useful in the field of modified polypropylene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The filament: has excellent antibacterial properties and ensure for prolonged time; can enhance the compatibility with polypropylene fiber; and avoid the mechanical property reduction caused by adding graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of antibacterial polypropylene filament.
