The hard alloy layer is sintered by tungsten carbide and cobalt, where the polycrystalline layer is composed of diamond, graphene and cobalt sintered at 1400 degrees C. The diamonds are connected by a DD bond, and the diamond and the graphene are connected by a DC bond. According to the mass, diamond: graphene: cobalt = 100: 0.5 to 10: 3 to 10. USE - Diamond composite sheet containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The diamond composite sheet containing graphene has high wear resistance and impact resistance.
