▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano-modified graphene film sensor comprises (1) dissolving aluminum chloride in absolute ethanol, mixing with the graphene oxide aqueous solution, heating and stirring until the concentration of aluminum is 0.3-1.5 mol/l to obtain the sol, (2) mixing sol obtained with glycerol to obtain coating solution, and (3) dipping the interdigitated copper/nickel metal electrode into the coating solution, pulling the coating, allowing to stand, heat treating, washing, and drying to obtain alumina/graphene oxide thin film sensor, which is a nano-modified graphene film sensor. USE - The method for preparing nano-modified graphene film sensor useful in early warning of transformer fault and in detection of acetylene (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano-modified graphene film sensor, which has high detection sensitivity, fast detecting response capability and high temperature resistance, and improves the gas detection performance.
