NOVELTY - Fabric manufacturing process of graphene environment-friendly blended fiber, comprises (a) selecting 60 yarns including 50% modal, 20% nylon, and 30% graphene, and selecting 150D cooling silk plus spandex(Synthetic fiber) network covering silk; (b) performing single yarn plying and doubling on a high-speed doubling machine with moderate tension and a speed of 500 m/minute, and twisting on a staple twister, setting the vehicle speed at 400 revolutions/minute, where the tension of the lower shaft is 4 KG, and the speed of the lower shaft is 120 m/minute; (c) placing the warped shaft on the air-jet loom, where the tension of the loom is 5 KG, the weave of the loom is 2/1 oblique, and setting the speed at 600 shuttles/minute; and (d) dyeing and finishing the nylon and viscose fiber according to the function of graphene. USE - Fabric manufacturing process of graphene environment-friendly blended fiber. ADVANTAGE - The surface material manufacturing graphene of environment-friendly blended fiber has high performance and high additional value. The graphene has excellent strength, excellent conductivity, flexibility and optical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fabric manufacturing process of graphene environment-friendly blended fiber, comprises (a) selecting 60 yarns including 50% modal, 20% nylon, and 30% graphene, and selecting 150D cooling silk plus spandex(Synthetic fiber) network covering silk; (b) performing single yarn plying and doubling on a high-speed doubling machine with moderate tension and a speed of 500 m/minute, and twisting on a staple twister, where the spindle speed is 9000 revolutions/minute the twist is 1200T/MS, the twist direction is S twist, the winding angle is 35 degrees, the anti-folding width is 5.0, the number of layers is 4 layers, and the edge coefficient is 4.0, carrying out sectional warping process, setting the total warp to 5460, with the maximum width of 210 CM, setting the number of bars according to the number of the upper row, setting the bar width, setting the displacement and cutting length, where the number of the upper row is 144, the number of cuttings is 38, the width of the cutting is 54.7 MM, and the displacement is 0.65 CM/circle, setting the vehicle speed at 400 revolutions/minute, where the tension of the lower shaft is 4 KG, and the speed of the lower shaft is 120 m/minute; (c) placing the warped shaft on the air-jet loom, where the tension of the loom is 5 KG, the weave of the loom is 2/1 oblique, and setting the speed at 600 shuttles/minute; and (d) dyeing and finishing the nylon and viscose fiber according to the function of graphene, where the steps are seam turning, desizing and oxygen bleaching, shaping, mercerizing, dyeing with primer machine, baking, reduction soaping machine steaming and color fixing, tentering and preshrinking.
