NOVELTY - Visible arc welding of pressure roller surface by iron-graphene composite material comprises producing electric energy on surface of carbon rod electrode and pressure roller surface residue hard surface layer, cleaning using compressed gas, setting undercoating layer and pattern layer, uniformly distributing graphene thinning crystal grain layers, filling tubular wrapping material made of low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel and filler powder comprising iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal and nanoalumina powder, and backing welding. USE - Method for visible arc welding of pressure roller surface by iron-graphene composite material.
