▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible pulse sensor comprises a flexible substrate, a carbon nano tubes-graphene composite films and an electrodes. The carbon nano tube-graphene composite film is partially embedding on surface of flexible substrate. The electrodes is locating at both ends of the carbon nano tube-graphene composite film, where the thickness of flexible substrate is 0.8-1.2 mm, the light transmittance of carbon nano tube-graphene composite film is 80-92%, and the light transmittance of carbon nano tubes in carbon nano tube-graphene composite film is 85-95%. USE - Used as flexible pulse sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor enhances mechanical stability of strain sensor, does not invalidating in strain range of 10% and captures pulse signal to achieve effect of detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible pulse sensor comprising (i) preparing carbon nano tube-graphene composite film on copper substrate by using chemical vapor deposition method, where the light transmittance of carbon nano tubes is 85-95%, the obtained carbon nano tube-graphene composite film having light transmittance of 80-92%, mixing flexible base precursor solution with curing agent, and removing air bubbles to obtain substrate solution, (ii) covering carbon nano tube-graphene composite film on copper substrate on substrate liquid, solidifying substrate liquid, then removing copper base to obtain carbon nano tube-graphene composite film embedded in flexible substrate, where the thickness of substrate is 0.8-1.2 mm, and (iii) mounting electrodes at both ends of carbon nano tube-graphene composite film to obtain flexible pulse sensor.
