▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorescence immunological method for detecting vitellogenin concentration based on carbon quantum dots involves (i) using L-glutamic acid as precursor, preparing carbon quantum dot with amino groups by ultrasonic hydrothermal method, (ii) using reduction oxidation method to prepare graphene sheets and modifying polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride to obtain graphene sheets that undergo fluorescence resonance energy transfer with amino groups of carbon quantum dots and (iii) coupling the prepared carbon quantum dot with amino groups with monoclonal antibody to obtain a purified antibody-carbon quantum dot conjugate as fluorescent nano probe for determining the using amount of graphene sheet, establishing a fluorescence recovery linear curve, measuring repeatability, anti-interference performance and precision. USE - The fluorescence immunological method is used for detecting vitellogenin concentration based on carbon quantum dots. The antibody-carbon quantum dot/graphene in an activated antibody-carbon quantum dot conjugate is used as an immunosensor for detecting the target. ADVANTAGE - The method uses one-step hydrothermal method to directly prepare carbon quantum dots carrying amino groups. The carbon quantum dots avoid the amination step and the linear range reaches 0.1-3000 ng /mL.
