NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves oxidizing natural graphite flake, ultrasonically-dispersing the obtained graphite oxide in acidic mother liquid to obtain acidic graphene dispersion liquid, adjusting pH to 6-7 by adding aqueous ammonia, dehydrating the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, pre-reducing graphene oxide, heating, drying and performing secondary reduction of dried graphene oxide at 500-800 degrees C under reducing atmosphere. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly and safe, and enables efficient manufacture of graphene, by simple method.
