NOVELTY - Asphalt-based carbon fiber/resin-based composite material comprises continuous mesophase asphalt -based carbon fibers surface-loaded with granular pyrolytic graphite; oxygen-containing organic groups exist on the surface of the pyrolytic graphite; oxygen-containing organic groups exist on the surface of the continuous mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber that is not covered by the granular pyrolytic graphite, where surface of the continuous mesophase asphalt-based carbon fiber is covered with a graphene oxide layer, and the resin layer is cured on the surface of the graphene oxide layer. USE - Asphalt-based carbon fiber/resin-based composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing asphalt-based carbon fiber/resin-based composite material, which involves after the pyrolytic carbon is deposited on the surface of the asphalt-based carbon fiber, electrolytically oxidizing pitch-based carbon fiber, coating with a graphene oxide sizing agent, drying and coiling, immersing in epoxy resin, and curing to obtain the composites.
