NOVELTY - A glass fiber and graphene hybrid filler-filled polypropylene composite material comprises 45-85 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-50 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.0001-1 pt. wt. graphene and 0.1-2 pts. wt. aminosilane coupling agent. USE - Glass fiber and graphene hybrid filler-filled polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material can achieve excellent antistatic effect, and has conductive network that significantly reduces surface material resistance, and good physical and chemical property and stability under moist, hot, solarized and vibration harsh conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the glass fiber and graphene hybrid filler-filled polypropylene composite material comprising: (A) adding glass fiber to deionized water, dropping aminosilane coupling agent, mechanically stirring at room temperature for 1-48 hours, filtering, washing with deionized water for 3 times, and drying; (B) preparing 0.0002-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide into 0.1-2 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding step (A) product at rate of 1-100 g/minute while mechanically stirring to fully coat graphene oxide on surface glass fiber, filtering when color of solution is lighter than brown, washing with deionized water for 3 times, and drying to obtain hybrid filler powder; (C) dividing polypropylene to two groups, adding 30-60 pts. wt. polypropylene to hybrid filler powder, kneading to 200 degrees C at speed of 50-200 revolutions/minute for 15 minutes in internal mixer, and extrusion granulating to obtain masterbatch; and (D) mixing compatibilizer and antioxidant, melting, dispersing with masterbatch, extruding to 170-240 degrees C, and granulating.
