NOVELTY - The preparation of tire vulcanization capsule, involves (1) mixing butyl rubber, neoprene, N375 carbon black, acetylene black, graphene, alkane oil, stearic acid, zinc oxide and resin to obtain mixture, (2) heating with stirring to obtain rubber film, (3) filtering obtained film using extruder filter and controlling extruder head temperature at 35 plus minus 5 degrees C, (4) adding obtained film to open mill, controlling front roll temperature at 50-70 degrees C and rear roll temperature at 55-75 degrees C, adding resin and zinc oxide during mixing process, transferring film to hot feed extruder and heating at less than or equal to 120 degrees C to obtain blank, (5) transferring obtained blank to cold feed forming machine, controlling screw feed temperature of cold feed molding machine at 40-50 degrees C, motor speed at 800-1200 rpm and preheating extruded preform in oven, (6) vulcanizing blank at 175-210 degrees C for 15-150 minutes under pressure of 9-25 pa, (7) polishing and grinding and (8) inspecting quality of finished product. USE - Preparation of tire vulcanization capsule. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of tire vulcanization capsule with high thermal conductivity and enhanced mechanical performance by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The step (1) involves mixing 95 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 4-5 pts. wt. neoprene, 15-20 pts. wt. N375 carbon black, 35-45 pts. wt. acetylene black, 7-15 pts. wt. graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. alkane oil, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 8-10 pts. wt. resin. The step (2) involves heating with stirring at 140-150 degrees C at 35-50 rpm under pressure of 4.5-6.6 Pa for 240 seconds.
