▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/polymer composite material comprises 80-95 wt.% high molecular weight polymer, 0-15 wt.% single layer or multi layer graphene, 0.1-2 wt.% antioxidant, and 0.1-3 wt.% plasticizer. USE - A graphene/polymer composite material used for supercapacitors, antistatic car fenders, door handles, mirror boxes, and crates. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polymer composite material has excellent electrical properties, high heat distortion temperature, and good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene/polymer composite material, comprising: (A) adding graphite oxide (GO) in an ice water bath or a condensing plant reactor, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, slowly adding graphite powder and sodium nitrate solid, adding potassium permanganate, controlling temperature at 0-20 degrees C, continuously stirring, heating to not greater than 40 degrees C, reacting for 30-80 minutes, adding deionized water to dilute the reaction solution, using a reducing agent for unreacted oxidant reduction, washing with deionized water, centrifuging, and removing upper layer liquid; (B) adding a fatty chain amine or aromatic radical and carboxylic acids and esters dispersed or dissolved in an organic solvent to the GO, where the organic solvent includes dimethylsulfoxide, benzene, toluene, acetone, cyclohexane, or dimethylformamide, and reacting for 0-5 hours under acidic or alkaline condition, to obtain modified graphite oxide dispersion; (C) dispersing in an ultrasonic power of 10- 50000 W and at 20-250 degrees C for 10-400 minutes, adding 0.1-150 wt.% reducing agent, and performing ultrasonic dispersing for 10-20 hours to obtain uniformly-dispersed single layer or multi layer graphene solution, where the reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride, vitamin C, or sodium hydrogen citrate; and (D) mixing 80-95 wt.% high molecular weight polymer, 0-15 wt.% single layer or multi layer graphene, 0.1-2 wt.% antioxidant, and 0.1-3 wt.% plasticizer in a single-screw or twin-screw extruder at 10-380 degrees C, melting and mixing for 30 minutes, and injection molding.
