NOVELTY - High-strength plastic sole material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-40 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-20 pts. wt. composite modified nano-graphene oxide material, 5-20 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 5-20 pts. wt. naphthenic oil and 1-6 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Used as high-strength plastic sole material. ADVANTAGE - The material has porous foam structure, wear resistance, high toughness and strength, and strong shock absorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) (ia) stirring and dispersing nano-silicon monoxide, nano-titanium oxide, silica powder, dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, wetting agent and deionized water to obtain emulsion; (ib) preparing an aqueous ethanol solution of trimethylolpropane with a mass concentration of 10-20%, adding graphene oxide, surfactant, coupling agent and modified treatment agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution; and (ib) adding the emulsion into mixed solution, ultrasonically heating, stirring and separating to obtain solid product, and drying to obtain product; (ii) mixing thermoplastic elastomer and naphthenic oil to obtain low-hardness elastomer; (iii) heating and mixing low-hardness elastomer, polyvinyl chloride resin, chlorinated polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and foaming agent to obtain elastomer mother liquor; (iv) adding composite modified nano-graphene oxide material into elastomer mother liquid, continuously heating and mixing, and transferring into foaming tool for foaming; and (v) cooling at 80-120 degrees C, placing into the mold for pressurizing, heat preserving,a nd cooling at room temperature.
