NOVELTY - Filter material comprises non-woven fabric layer and graphene network layer. The non-woven fabric layer contains 30-50 wt.% bamboo fiber, 40-60 wt.% polyester fiber and 10-30 wt.% leather-core composite fiber. USE - Filter material for air conditioner. ADVANTAGE - The material has good sterilizing and adsorbing ability, and good air permeability. It absorbs micrograins in air, filters pollen, removes particulate matter (PM 2.5) and other air pollutants, inhibits bacterial growth and propagation, and improves air quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of filter material comprising preparing non-woven fabric layer by adopting bamboo fiber, polyester fiber and leather-core composite fiber, mixing, feeding cotton in feeding box, carding, lapping, thermal bonding through hot air at 10-15 m/minute, and rolling to adjust thickness to obtain non-woven fabric layer; preparing graphene oxide solution by adding boron-doped graphene oxide into water, ultrasonic dispersing to obtain graphene solution with concentration of 10-15 g/L, adding propylene glycol, stirring for 25-30 minutes, heating, and volatilizing water completely to obtain graphene glycol solution with concentration of 1.0-1.5%; and preparing graphene network layer by soaking non-woven fabric layer in graphene propanediol solution for 30-50 minutes, and vacuum drying.
