NOVELTY - Preparation of anti-dripping antistatic high-tenacity flame-retardant polyester involves dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically processing, dripping p-phenylenediamine, reacting, obtaining modified graphene oxide, mixing polyethylene terephthalate with mixture of flame retardant, anti-dripping masterbatch, phenolic antioxidant and modified graphene oxide, heating, pressing, stretching resultant fiber through hot-oil, then stretching the nascent fiber through boiling water, washing, drying and winding. USE - Preparation of anti-dripping antistatic high-tenacity flame-retardant polyester used for water-proof fabric for military clothing and military tent (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of anti-dripping antistatic high-tenacity flame-retardant polyester with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of anti-dripping antistatic high-tenacity flame-retardant polyester involves dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically processing, obtaining stable dispersion liquid, heating to 80-95 degrees C, dripping p-phenylenediamine, reacting for 2-4 hours, filtering, cleaning, drying, obtaining modified graphene oxide, mixing polyethylene terephthalate with mixture of flame retardant, anti-dripping masterbatch, phenolic antioxidant and modified graphene oxide, adding resultant product into a twin-screw extruder, heating, obtaining molten spinning solution, pressing the spinning solution into a spinning component, circularly blowing in the constant temperature and humidity environment, cooling, obtaining nascent fiber, stretching the nascent fiber through hot-oil, then stretching the nascent fiber through boiling water, relaxing at high temperature for thermoforming, washing, drying and winding. The ratio of p-phenylenediamine and graphene oxide is 20-25:1.
