▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Concrete cross section restoration composition comprises 30-40 wt.% general cement or slag cement, 30-58 wt.% silica sand, 5-10 wt.% expanding material, 1-10 wt.% nano-particle having aluminum, titanium, molybdenum, platinum and tungsten having a particle diameter of 1-100 nm (W), and their oxides, 5-20 wt.% admixture, 0.1-1.5 wt.% reinforcing material, 0.2-1.5 wt.% fluidizing agent carbon nanoplate, 0.01-3 wt.% at least one nano-carbon material of plate-shaped graphite and graphene, 0.01-3 wt.% boron nitride (BN) and 0.5-3 wt.% anionic or nonionic dispersant. USE - The composition is useful in building material for buildings, and bridges. ADVANTAGE - The composition is economical; maintains alkalinity to maintain the life of the structure for a long period of time; has excellent adhesion strength to prevent cracks, low water permeability and moisture permeability, improved fluidity, and antibacterial function to suppress the generation and activity of fungi, bacteria, and bacteria that coexist on the concrete surface, so that even if the existing coating agent is destroyed, the antimicrobial section restoration material secures the function of resisting chemical corrosion. The method prevents the rebar corrosion of concrete structures damaged by neutralization, salt damage, and chemical corrosion, is easy to apply, responds flexibly to UV rays or external temperature, and prevents cracking; can enhance environmentally-friendly and semi-permanent durability during the concrete section restoration method, and provides flame retardancy and waterproof functions, thus preventing damage from salt damage, chemical corrosion, mold, bacteria, and pathogenic microorganisms; maximizes the horizontal area, so they can perform superior moisture barrier properties and the function of interfering with the movement of moisture, and increases the tensile strength when combined with the composition of other cross-section restoration materials; and reduces the construction time due to convenient workability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sectional restoration method of concrete structure, comprising removing foreign substances and deteriorated parts of the concrete structure; washing the foreign substances of the surface-treated concrete structure with high pressure washing water; applying a surface reinforcement to the concrete structure from which the foreign substances have been removed; applying the composition; applying a surface protection material on the area where the end surface restoration material is applied; and uniformly applying the ceramic coat material after applying the surface protection material.
