NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/copper composite material by aerobic sintering comprises (i) carrying out electroplating to prepare graphene/copper composite powder comprises taking electrolytic copper as anode, copper foil as cathode, soluble copper salt, nickel salt and the graphene oxide mixed solution as electrolyte, carrying out electrodeposition and depositing; (ii) washing product with absolute ethanol, removing residual impurities, drying, grinding and pressing; and (iii) adding graphene/copper composite block into atmosphere sintering furnace and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/copper composite material by aerobic sintering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves bonding performance between the graphene and the copper matrix, is simple, easy to operate , economical and does not use special equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/copper composite material by aerobic sintering comprises (i) carrying out electroplating to prepare graphene/copper composite powder comprises taking electrolytic copper as anode, copper foil as cathode, soluble copper salt, nickel salt and the graphene oxide mixed solution as electrolyte, carrying out electrodeposition by direct current and depositing graphene/copper composite powder at cathode; (ii) washing product with absolute ethanol, removing residual impurities, placing in vacuum oven for drying, grinding and pressing into a graphene/copper composite block; and (iii) adding graphene/copper composite block into atmosphere sintering furnace under the protection of oxygen and carrier gas and controlling the oxygen partial pressure and sintering.
