NOVELTY - Composition comprises a nano-graphene. USE - The composition is useful for preparing decellularized scaffold, which is used in production of artificial organs (preferably liver) or artificial meat. The composition is used in transplantation of artificial organs, alleviating inflammatory response after transplantation, and promoting polarization to M2 macrophages (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition enhances, strengthens or improves physical properties (biocompatibility, elasticity, weight loss by enzymes degradation and tensile strength) of decellularized scaffold, directly inhibits matrix metalloproteinase (MMP), and thus inhibits decomposition of decellularized scaffold in vivo, and improves or suppresses inflammatory response of decellularized scaffold. The composition strengthens durability of the scaffold so that biodegradation is inhibited while simultaneously minimizing inflammatory reactions that can occur after transplantation, increases engraftment rate of graft during production of artificial organs, maintains decellularized scaffold in vivo for a long period of time, improves quality of life, and extends lifespan of domestic and foreign patients as an alternative treatment for organ transplantation. The artificial organ is biocompatible. The artificial meat has improved texture, taste, shape and superior quality which is similar to that of real meat.
