▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible substrate (1) whose surface is coated with a graphene oxide layer (2). Ion is formed on the surface of the flexible substrate of the graphene oxide layer to form a gold film (3). Dimethyl silicone polymer is mixed with main agent. Cured polydimethyl siloxane is stripped from a glass substrate. Wrinkles are formed on the surface of the polydimethylsiloxane. UV ozone treatment is performed. A silicon oxide SiOx layer is formed on an outer surface of the polydimethylsiloxane. USE - Micro-scale wrinkle based gold film flexible crack sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has better sensitivity and production practice.
