▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has a main waveguide structure overlapped with a graphene-niobate-graphene structure. A lithium niobate dielectric layer surface is arranged with an electrode-waveguide structure. A graphene layer is provided with two electrodes. A branch waveguide structure whose bottom sides are covered by graphene. USE - Graphene surface plasmon modulator periodic structure. ADVANTAGE - The surface has high extinction ratio, small size, quick identification, low cost, and easy to realize. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top perspective view of a graphene surface plasmon modulator periodic structure.
