NOVELTY - Preparing three dimensional cobalt sulfide cocatalyst, comprises e.g. adding cobalt source and sulfur source, stirring mixture, transferring solution, heating reactor, cooling, washing sample, drying, slowly adding graphite powder, adding potassium permanganate, stirring reaction, stirring dark green mixture, dropwisely adding deionized water, raising heating temperature and keeping, adding hydrogen peroxide and deionized water, centrifuging product, alternately washing, freeze-drying collected precipitate to obtain graphene oxide, and adding melamine sponge or polyurethane sponge in cobalt sulfide solution, stirring well, and allowing to stand, adding prepared SC to mixed solution containing graphene oxide, ethylenediamine and ammonia water, keeping at 90-100℃ for 8-16 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, collecting product, washing many times with deionized water and freeze-drying to obtain three dimensional cobalt sulfide cocatalyst. USE - The method is useful for preparing three dimensional cobalt sulfide cocatalyst in Fenton system or persulfate system for degrading refractory organics, toxic organics, antibiotics and/or hormones (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has mild conditions; and is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three dimensional cobalt sulfide cocatalyst comprises (i) adding cobalt source and sulfur source to deionized water, fully stirring mixture at room temperature to obtain uniform solution, transferring solution to polytetrafluoroethylene-lined reactor, heating reactor in an oven, cooling to room temperature, washing sample with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and drying in oven to obtain powdered cobalt sulfide, (ii) slowly adding graphite powder in concentrated sulfuric acid solution in the ice-water bath, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring reaction, stirring dark green mixture, dropwisely and adding deionized water, raising heating temperature to 96-100℃ and keeping for 30-40 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide and deionized water to stop reaction, centrifuging product, alternately washing with 5% HCl solution and ethanol for 3-6 times, freeze-drying collected precipitate to obtain graphene oxide (GO), and (iii) adding melamine sponge or polyurethane sponge in cobalt sulfide solution, stirring well, and allowing to stand at 100-120℃ to obtain cobalt sulfide-loaded sponge SC, adding prepared SC to mixed solution containing graphene oxide, ethylenediamine and ammonia water, keeping at 90-100℃ for 8-16 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, collecting product, washing many times with deionized water and freeze-drying to obtain three dimensional cobalt sulfide cocatalyst.
