NOVELTY - Preparing highly oriented graphene film comprises e.g. (i) mixing 1 g graphene and 20-100 g solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene dispersion, (ii) placing the graphene dispersion in a container with electrode and orienting the solution for 1-100 minutes by an applied electric field to obtain highly oriented graphene dispersion, and (iii) maintaining the effect of the electric field on the highly oriented graphene dispersion and drying to obtain highly oriented graphene film. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly oriented graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; and graphene film has a regular microstructure and high degree of orientation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing highly oriented graphene film comprises (i) mixing 1 g graphene and 20-100 g solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene dispersion, (ii) placing the graphene dispersion in a container with electrode and orienting the solution for 1-100 minutes by an applied electric field to obtain highly oriented graphene dispersion, where frequency of the applied alternating electric field is 10-1000 Hz, and strength is 50-5000 V/m, and (iii) maintaining the effect of the electric field on the highly oriented graphene dispersion and drying to obtain highly oriented graphene film, where solvent is water, N,N-dimethylacetamide, tetrahydrofuran, methyl ethyl ketone, ethylene glycol, N-methylpyrrolidone, acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide, pyridine, dioxane, N,N-dimethylformamide, and/or diethylene glycol.
