NOVELTY - The method involves measuring rotating speed of a PCD milling cutter. Graphene aluminum base composite material feeding amount is calculated as 0.05-0.15mm/r. Graphene aluminum base composite material cutting depth is measured as 0.1-0.3 mm. A circular end surface of the PCD milling cutter is moved along axial direction. A work piece processing surface refining process is carried out. A work piece processing surface sizing process is carried out. A PCD milling cutter working surface is provided with a cutting edge. USE - Graphene aluminum base composite material milling processing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring reasonable design of the PCD milling cutter, reducing operational cost, improving surface roughness, product size tolerance of about 5microns, product qualified rate of about 95% and operational efficiency and precision.
