NOVELTY - Manufacturing three-dimensional structure of graphene, comprises (a) preparing mold having a first side (11) with different height from a second side (12), (b) forming a graphene layer (20) on the mold, (c) forming a support structure (10) for covering the first side and the second side on the graphene layer, and (d) removing the mold. USE - The three-dimensional structure of graphene is useful in flexible display. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not allow occurrence of graphene layer disconnection; forms continuous stable graphene layer; ensures formation of high quality graphene layers. The three-dimensional structure of graphene does not form structural change when used in flexible displays. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene obtained from the above mentioned method.
