▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has a scintillator (121) which converts ionizing radiation into photons. A photo detector at graphene layer (111) detects the photons. An anti-reflecting layer separates scintillator and photo detector. The scintillators are provided on respective sides of the graphene layer. Several source electrodes (141) and several drain electrodes (142) are in an interdigitated pattern. USE - Apparatus for detecting radiation in environment. ADVANTAGE - The cost of the instrument can be reduced. The citizens are protected against harmful radioactive materials. The dense detector network can be provided when detectors are placed into mobile phones, so that real time response can be received to protect people from potential hazards which are caused by careless or criminal handling of radioactive materials.
