NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining ultrasonic feedback information of graphene material and temperature information of a processing area in a graphene process. The temperature information is compared and analyzed with a preset temperature threshold value. A drilling mode of the processing drill is determined according to the threshold interval of the temperature information. Defect information in the graphene treatment process is detected. Correction information is generated through the defect information. A parameter of the drilling drill is adjusted according to a correction information. The temperature information and the temperature of the process area are obtained by a temperature measurement component. The ultrasonic information is obtained by an ultrasonic sensor. USE - Method for controlling temperature of a processing graphene material. Uses include but are not limited to material learning, micro-nano processing, energy, biological medicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables controlling temperature of graphene processing process and changing processing parameters according to processing defect of graphene material, reducing generation of defects and ensuring quality of graphene product.
