NOVELTY - Preparing graphene in situ polymerization modified polyamide 6 fully drawn yarn comprises mixing graphene in situ polymerization modified polyamide 6 sections, melting, spinning and cooling to obtain pre-oriented yarn and stretching to obtain fully drawn yarn, where the spinning speed of the spinning is 3800-4500 m/minutes, the preferred winding speed is 4000-4500 m/minutes, in the spinning process, the screw temperature at 265-280 degrees C, spinning box temperature at 270-290 degrees C and spinning box pressure is 100-200 bar. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene in situ polymerization modified polyamide 6 fully drawn yarn (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has tensile strength of 8.25-8.6 dN/dTex and elongation of 17-25%.
