NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium iron phosphate involves: flowing a ferric sulfate solution, a phosphorus source, a dopant metal salt solution, and an additive into a multiphase reactor for liquid-phase precipitation to obtain a reaction slurry, aging the slurry, filtering, drying at 80-90°C for 18-20 hours, calcining at 500-700°C for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain a metal-doped lithium iron phosphate precursor, adding a lithium source and a carbon source to the obtained product, mixing to obtain a lithium-doped iron phosphate solid mixture, subjecting the mixture to high-temperature solid-phase reaction at 600-850°C under inert gas protection, and sintering for 6-8 hours. USE - Preparation of lithium iron phosphate used as anode material in power battery industry. ADVANTAGE - The method provides lithium iron phosphate, which has high ion transmission efficiency, purity and stability, and ensures high production efficiency. The anode material has nano grain diameter.
