▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing iron-copper oxide-loaded graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol composite hydrogel, comprises e.g. (i) adding deionized water into round-bottom flask, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, and placing in constant temperature water bath, (ii) adding iron(II) chloride, iron(III) chloride and copper(II) chloride into the solution of step (i) under nitrogen atmosphere and magnetically stirring, (iii) dropwise adding sodium hydroxide solution into the solution of step (ii) under magnetic stirring condition, then adjusting the pH of the solution, cooling, washing the product with deionized water to neutral, and vacuum drying, and (iv) adding polyvinyl alcohol into deionized water, stirring, dissolving and preparing aqueous solution, adding product of step (iii) into above solution, stirring, then adding saturated sodium sulfate solution and allowing to stand at room temperature, then taking out the suspended substance in the solution, washing with deionized water and drying. USE - The iron-copper oxide-loaded graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol composite hydrogel is useful in sewage treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and energy saving; has low cost and high efficiency. The composite hydrogel has excellent adsorption property and specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing iron-copper oxide-loaded graphene oxide/polyvinyl alcohol (GO/PVA) composite hydrogel, comprises (i) adding 100-200 ml deionized water into a round-bottom flask, adding 1-2 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, and then placing in a constant temperature water bath at 80 degrees C, (ii) adding iron(II) chloride, iron(III) chloride and copper(II) chloride into the solution of step (i) under nitrogen atmosphere and magnetically stirring for 1 hour, (iii) dropwise adding 3 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution into the solution of step (ii) under magnetic stirring condition, adjusting the pH of the solution to 9-10, continuously stirring for a period of time, then naturally cooling to room temperature, washing the product with deionized water to neutral and vacuum drying for 12 hours, and (iv) adding polyvinyl alcohol into deionized water, stirring and dissolving at 95 degrees C and preparing aqueous solution, adding the product of step (iii) into the above solution, stirring at 95 degrees C for 3-5 hours, then adding saturated sodium sulfate solution and allowing to stand at room temperature for 36 hours, then taking out the suspended substance in the solution, washing with deionized water and drying.
