USE - Graphene modified heat-conducting insulating nylon 6 material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified heat-conducting insulating nylon 6 material has excellent insulating performance, heat conducting property and heat conducting coefficient of 4 W/mK. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene modified heat-conducting insulating nylon 6 material, which involves weighing above raw materials, drying high-fluidity nylon 6 at temperature of 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours and uniformly mixing the raw materials, placing mixed raw material in a twin-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing at zone temperature (I) of 190-195 degrees C, zone temperature (II) of 225-230 degrees C, zone temperature (III) of 230-235 degrees C, zone temperature (IV) of 225-230 degrees C, zone temperature (V) of 220-225 degrees C, zone temperature (VI) of 205-210 degrees C, zone temperature (VII) of 210-215 degrees C, zone temperature (VIII) of 210-215 degrees C and zone temperature (IX) of 220-225 degrees C, mold temperature of 220-225 degrees C, main machine rotating speed of 250-270 rpm and feeding speed of 65-75 rpm.
