NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-conducting plastic involves preparing slurry for coating, coating the slurry on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film by a slit coating machine, and volatilizing the solvent to obtain the heat-conducting plastic of a graphene composite polymer. USE - Preparation of heat-conducting plastic used for heat dissipation of electronic components and electronic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method controls the orientation of graphene through a slit extrusion coating process, thus improving the thermal conductivity of the plastic.
