NOVELTY - Preparation of mixed powder of graphene and titanium alloy involves placing 45-150 mm titanium alloy ingot or bar into the argon atomization milling equipment, milling to prepare spherical titanium alloy powder with particle size of 30-150 mu m where oxygen content is less than 1000 ppm, adding 0.1-10 wt.% graphene nanosheets to the anhydrous ethanol, carrying out high-speed dispersion for 20-30 minutes with mixing speed of 6000-15000 revolutions/minute and dispersing by ultrasonic cell pulverizer to obtain graphene solution. USE - Method for preparing mixed powder of graphene and titanium alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has precise control of process parameters. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of mixed powder of graphene and titanium alloy comprises: (A) placing 45-150 mm titanium alloy ingot or bar into the argon atomization milling equipment and milling to prepare spherical titanium alloy powder with particle size of 30-150 mu m where oxygen content is less than 1000 ppm; (B) adding 0.1-10 wt.% graphene nanosheets to the anhydrous ethanol, carrying out high-speed dispersion for 20-30 minutes with mixing speed of 6000-15000 revolutions/minute and dispersing by ultrasonic cell pulverizer to obtain graphene solution where ultrasonic cell grinder working time is 30-50 minutes and working frequency for vibration is 2 seconds with gap of 3 seconds; (C) mixing the spherical titanium alloy powder and graphene solution and stirring in a dosing tank of temperature controlled mechanical stirrer at less than or equal to 80 degrees C for 30-180 minutes to prepare graphene and titanium alloy mixed powder slurry where stirring speed is 500-3000 revolutions/minute; (D) transferring graphene and titanium alloy mixed powder slurry to the oven and drying at 50-80 degrees C for 5-20 hours; and (E) transferring graphene and titanium alloy mixed powder to the soft bag and using vacuum packaging machine for degassing and packaging treatment where vacuum pressure is less than 0.1 kPa.
