▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves performing a first plasma treatment to oxidized graphene powder to obtain a nitrogen-doped reduced oxidation graphene (2). The nitrogen doped reduced graphene and chloroplatinic acid are uniformly dispersed in a solvent to obtain a dispersion solution for freeze-drying the dispersion liquid to obtain precursor powder. The surface of a load electrode or a carbon paper is coated and naturally dries to obtain a precursor electrode. The precursor powder or precursor electrode is placed in a vacuum cavity. A second plasma treatment is performed to obtain a target product catalyst, or covers the surface of the load electrode and the carbon paper. USE - Method for preparing single atom and nanoparticle composite system catalyst with low platinum content, which is useful in catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction under industrial grade current density. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing high catalytic activity and stability of single atom and nanoparticle composite system catalyst under the industrial grade current density. The method controls the adding amount of chloroplatinic acid in the precursor and the processing process of the plasma, to realize the preparation of the catalyst with different appearances, to obtain the best performance of the hydrogen evolution reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a single atom with low platinum content and nano-particle composite system catalyst. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical representation of a LSV performance of hydrogen evolution reaction by weight commercial platinum-carbon catalyst (Drawing includes non-English language text). 2Nitrogen-doped reduced oxidation graphene
