▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flash sintering of ceramic material involves dispersing graphene in a solvent and mixing to obtain a graphene solution, adding ceramic powder to the graphene solution and mixing uniformly, removing the solvent to obtain a composite powder, forming the composite powder into a green blank under room temperature, and applying an electrical field at both ends of the blank. USE - Flash sintering of ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables flash sintering of ceramic material within a short period of time and utilizes the Joule heat which is generated by electricity, increases the temperature of the ceramic component to initial temperature at which the flash sintering occurs and shrinks the ceramic component.
