NOVELTY - Graphene coating preparation system comprises mixing drum, motor fixing frame, motor (11) and drum cover. The motor fixing frame is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the mixing drum. The graphene coating preparation system also includes shaft seat (2), rotating shaft (3), connecting sleeve (4), filter disk (5), stirring mechanism (6), transmission gear ring I (7), and transmission screw (8) and transmission gear ring II (9). The shaft seat is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom wall of the mixing drum. The lower end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected in the shaft seat. The output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to the upper end of the rotating shaft. The connecting sleeve is slidably connected to the rotating shaft. The middle of the filter disk is rotatably connected with connecting sleeve. USE - Graphene coating preparation system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene coating preparation system has simple structure, reduces use cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene coating preparation system, which involves pouring raw materials for preparation of graphene coating into the feed port on the cylinder cover, starting motor, motor driving connecting sleeve to rotate through the shaft, connecting sleeve driving the two transmission gear rings I to rotate, two transmission gear rings I driving each stirring mechanism to rotate, stirring the various raw materials used in the graphene coating, motor driving two transmission screws to rotate through the transmission gear ring II, and then driving the filter disk to move up or down, filtering the impurities in the graphene coating, discharging the stirred graphene paint from the discharge port of the stirring drum; and (2) a graphene paint, which comprises 20-50 pts. wt. adhesive, 2-15 pts. wt. graphene dispersion with 0.3-8% solid content, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. surfactant, 5-20 pts. wt. deionized water.
