▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises (a) integrated fibers comprising (i) 20-60 wt.% aramid fibers, (ii) 20-60 wt.% chitosan and (iii) 5-20 wt.% graphene, and (b) 10-30 wt.% metal-alloy coated on the integrated fibers. USE - The composition is used for making helmet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition is lightweight and waterproof. The helmets prepared from composition protects the personnel in a much efficient manner and absorbs fire power from a much shorter distance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparing of a composition for helmet, comprising (a) heating aramid fibers at 500-700 degrees C to obtain a liquid polymer, (b) adding chitosan and graphene to the liquid polymer under stirring to obtain a mixture, (c) electrospinning the mixture at 20-40 degrees C to obtain the integrated fibers, (d) drying the integrated fibers at 50-70 degrees C to obtain a dried integrated fiber, (e) heating the metal alloy at 1300- 1600 degrees C separately to obtain a molten alloy, and (f) coating the molten alloy on the integrated fibers.
