▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves immersing an electronic circuit having a self-supporting substrate having graphene oxide (GO) paper (102) and conductive traces (106), into an environment-friendly solvent (110), in which the GO paper dissociates from the trace. The trace and GO paper are recovered from the solvent. The immersion process includes immersing the circuit into water, and settling the trace to a bottom layer (110a) of the solvent and forming a suspension within an upper layer (110b) of solvent by GO paper. USE - Method for recovering parts of electronic circuit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The GO paper-based electronic circuit substrate allows convenient recovery and re-use of the GO paper, the conductive traces and/or the electronic components. By providing a GO paper substrate having a structural thickness, the supporting polymer piece can be omitted, thus allowing recovery of any of the components of the electronic circuit after its lifetime. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) an electronic circuit having a self-supporting substrate having graphene oxide paper and conductive traces; and (2) a substrate for an electronic circuit. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view of the electronic circuit being immersed into the environmental-friendly solvent.
