▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermoplastic acrylate (TAC) composite film comprises TAC film and graphene oxide (GO)/Laponite(RTM: Lithium sodium magnesium silicate)/UV photocurable adhesive coating that is attached to one side of the TAC film, where the GO/Laponite(RTM: Lithium sodium magnesium silicate)/UV photocurable adhesive coating is obtained by performing UV light-curing treatment on a composite coating obtained by mechanically compounding graphene oxide, nano-clay and photocurable adhesive. USE - The TAC composite film is used for polarizer (claimed) in flat panel display such as LCD, organic electroluminescence (EL) display, plasma display panel (PDP) and field emission display (FED). ADVANTAGE - The TAC composite film has excellent water vapor barrier property. The polarizer has bad humidity and heat resistance, and has simple preparation method and low production characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a method for preparing the TAC composite film, which involves mechanically compositing the graphene oxide, nano-clay and UV light-curable glue, coating the composite coating on the TAC film, and performing UV light curing treatment to obtain the TAC composite film; and a polarizer comprising the TAC composite film.
