NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbide/graphene oxide composite modified epoxy resin involves preparing an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, adding a silane coupling agent and silicon carbide into it, heating it to carry out reaction, adding an epoxy reactive diluent, evaporating moisture in system, and ultrasonically dispersing it to obtain a dispersion of graphene oxide/silicon carbide diluent liquid. The dispersion of graphene oxide/silicon carbide diluent liquid is mixed with an epoxy resin, and added with a processing auxiliary agent to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing silicon carbide/graphene oxide composite modified epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon carbide/graphene oxide composite modified epoxy resin, which ensures uniform dispersion inside epoxy resin matrix and forms a heat conduction network, uses filler to improve thermal conductivity of epoxy resin, and has high coefficient of heat conductivity.
