NOVELTY - A polypropylene composition, comprises 70-99.8 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 0-30 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-7 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.2-2 pts. wt. additives. USE - Polypropylene composition for preparing plastic components of automobile cases that require heat dissipation components. ADVANTAGE - The composition graphene to have high thermal conductivity, adds graphene to polypropylene material, and adds compatibilizer styrene-(ethylene-butylene)-styrene grafted maleic anhydride to improve the dispersion of graphene in polypropylene material, and significantly improves the thermal conductivity of polypropylene material. The polypropylene composition has simple preparation and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing polypropylene composition, which involves (S1) mixing polypropylene resin, toughening agent, graphene, compatibilizer and additives and (S2) adding the materials mixed in step (S1) to the twin-screw extruder, melt mixing and extruding.
