▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing epoxy resin graphene composite film layer involves (a) using raw materials in proportioning and sampling, (b) preliminary mixing, (c) using 75-80 wt.% amino epoxides resin, 4,4'-methylene-phenyl isocyanate, lactic acid and ultra-pure water, (d) adjusting pH, (e) using a regulator, (f) adding graphene material, performing negative pressure stirring and mixing, and synchronously injecting initiator, (g) heating and dispersing the material graphene accelerating the polymerization reaction, (h) washing to obtain a finished product, (i) removing oil, hot water washing, rust removing, cold water washing and phosphating, phosphating and washing, passivating, positive electrode-processing of the workpiece, and curing to obtain an epoxide resin graphene compound film layer, and (j) coating. USE - Preparation method of epoxy resin graphene composite film layer of neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material e.g. natural magnet and artificial magnet. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material epoxy resin graphene film layer that increases the structure strength of the composite film layer, realizes stable anti-peeling effect, ensures the uniformity of the film layer and avoids cracking problem caused by uneven stress.
